Bad Questions For Yahoo Answers: VERY POPULAR Techno Song??

leave a comment »

I stumbled upon this blog called Bad questions for Yahoo Answers. As the name suggests its a collection of weird, stupid, funny questions from people ask on yahoo’s Answers service. I am amazed with innocence and sincerity these questions are asked, and even more amazed at the sincerity people answer them. Its crowd sourced light black humor. Though i would wish that they would at least make an effort to anonymize these post like the blog Failbook ( another hilarious blog about Facebook status messages) does and save these people some shame day they grow back and look back in retrospect.

My hang up with microblogging with is that often the contribute to virility without credit. I wish i knew the context of this amazing poster. Thanks to Tumblr and ffffound the context is lost and the poster is reduced to an aesthetic artwork without much depth.

Chanting Machines

Somebody has very wisely stated -”Religion of one age is entertainment for the next.”

Found this advertised next to a temple, Praying to god has reached mundane stature now that it can be outsourced to machines. but its worth thinking when did humans start doing it with the same mechanical efficiency of machines.

Chaos of two orders – Madurai

Madurai city and the temple compliment each other in chaos. The temple looks like a chaos created by organized committees and beaurocracy, while the city is a chaos created by the swarm. Both equally overwhelming both, both created in the quest of securing self sustenance.
